Yesterday was 7/7/07, the most popular wedding date of the year. Aimee and Aaron were married in Farmington. We were on a tight schedule, but we managed to make a stop at a cemetery (of all places) on the way to the reception at Fox Hills in Plymouth. Here is their slideshow.

Adriana and Scott were married yesterday in Dearborn Heights. The weather was perfect, sunny and in the 70′s with low humidity. We went over to Elizabeth Park (yes, I’ve been there many times this year) for some photos and then off to the reception at Arnaldo’s in Wyandotte. Adriana and Scott left for Aruba this morning. Candi and Adam were married yesterday at an outdoor ceremony at the Grecian Center in Southgate. There were many familiar faces from April and Brad’s wedding last month, and we will do it all over again next month for Jenny and Chris. What a fabulous day, although it was very hot. I went up to Traverse City for the wedding of Alison and Mark yesterday. It was a perfect day, sunny and warm and not a cloud in the sky. This was my first time ever in TC and I am really looking forward to going back soon. Here is a slideshow with a few of my favorite images from the day.

Adriana and Scott are getting married on June 30. I met them at Island Park this evening for their engagement session. Here is a slideshow from that session.

Steph and Keith were married in Belleville yesterday. It was a hot, humid day and just as the ceremony was beginning a thunderstorm came through. These are two great families and I enjoyed watching them celebrate but Stephanie’s four brothers stole the show. They sang to her at the church and again at the reception and generally partied harder than everyone else. The day went off without a hitch and everybody had tons of fun. It made my job easy. Sarah and Neil are living in Kentucky and are getting married in Michigan in September. They were in town for a visit this past weekend so we went to Depot Town in Ypsilanti for an engagement session. Here are a few of my favorite images from the session.

Kerri and Tom were married Saturday in Dearborn. I knew this was going to be a fun group and they didn’t disappoint. Three of my past wedding couples were at this wedding. John and Lisa, Vic and Jen, and Todd and Sue were all there along with many familiar faces from the previous weddings. A few highlights were the plate that Kerri shattered  (more like exploded!) and the beer keg dance. Here is their slideshow.

    I had the opportunity to help out another photographer this past weekend for a wedding in Bloomfield Hills. I really enjoy photographing seniors (not the high school kind) and this wedding had two great grandpas! Here they are arriving at the church.

The photographer I was working with has a Canon 200MM f/1.8 lens. This is an incredible piece of glass and he let me shoot with it for a bit. Here are a few images from that lens.

Anyway, this weekend I will be shooting Kerri and Tom’s wedding in Dearborn. Watch for some fun photos from this one! I shot Tom’s brother’s wedding and these people know how to party. Until then…

Yesterday was April and Brad’s wedding in Rockwood. After the ceremony we went to Elizabeth Park for a few photos and then on to the reception in Southgate.
